Orders listed as a preorder will take 4-6 weeks to ship from the date you ordered.

For in stock items, depending on which shipping option you chose, your order will get to you in that timeframe.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number in it.

No. We do not do returns/exchanges since all items are preorder/made to order.

Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 5 days of when the order was received to ensure proper credit. Note these items must be unwashed, unworn, and have tags still attached. Please first take a picture of the whole item and a close-up of the damaged area, and then email us at illreadwhatshesreading@gmail.com with a brief description of the damage.

As of right now, all of our items are preorder only! One the preorder timeframe is over, the item will not be restocked.

Once a package has been marked as ‘Delivered’, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Please contact your local post office to find where your package is.
